The seat savers are a courtesy for directors so that they have easy access from their seat to the stage if they are watching the show but need to direct when their act comes on.

It also means that if they don’t have to line up early to get accessible seats.

Like previous years it is still only four seat savers per act. In the case of 5th grade: four for the first act, four for the middle number and four for the final number. Directors will need to decide how to allocate their seat savers among themselves.

You do need to have a ticket. The seat saver is just a “reserved” sign to keep the spot. You can then use your two seat savers on which ever performance you are planning to watch (and have tickets for).
